    01 — The company

A small, senior team that speaks both telecom and software.

Tech Trend Innovation team discussing a project in a bright office

Tech Trend Innovation delivers software development, web application development, operational support, resource management, administrative services, project coordination, testing resource management and back-office functions for telecom and IT projects.

For mobile network operators, our core work is international A2P SMS route quality testing: we send controlled traffic, watch how it actually arrives, and hand back evidence your interconnect, fraud and commercial teams can act on.

    • Evidence over opinion. Every finding links to a timestamped test record.
    • Quiet operators. We fit into your existing tools, tickets and reporting rhythm.
    • One accountable contact. No hand-offs between sales and delivery.

    02 — Capabilities

    Six practices, one delivery standard.

Engage us for a single test campaign or as an extension of your project office. The same people who scope the work stay on it until hand-over.

    03 — A2P route testing

Paid for a direct route? Let's see if that's what you're getting.

Grey routes push business messages through SIM boxes, unofficial gateways or mislabelled interconnects. Revenue leaks, OTPs arrive late and sender IDs get rewritten. Our tests make the difference visible.

    What we check

    • Delivery success and time-to-handset per destination
    • Sender ID preserved, altered or replaced with a long number
    • Message body, encoding and concatenation integrity
    • Delivery report accuracy against real handset receipt
    • Signs of SIM-box, OTT or interconnect bypass routing

    04 — Method

Four stages. No surprises in the invoice or the findings.

    1. Week 0

      Scope

Agree destinations, routes, test volumes, success criteria and who receives the results.

    2. Week 1

      Mobilise

Assign testers, prepare number and device pools, and set the reporting schedule.

    3. Ongoing

      Execute

Run campaigns, log every result, and escalate critical findings the same day.

    4. Close-out

      Hand over

Deliver the report, walk your team through it and agree the next test cycle.

    07 — Questions

    Things clients usually ask first.

How many destinations can you test in one campaign?

Campaigns are sized to your needs, from a handful of priority countries to a wide international sweep. We agree coverage and volumes during scoping.

Do you need access to our core network?

No. Route testing works from the outside, the same way your customers' messages travel. We only need the routes or partners you want checked.

How quickly do we hear about a problem?

Critical findings, such as confirmed grey routing on a premium route, are escalated the same working day. Everything else goes into the scheduled report.

Can you work on software and support projects that aren't SMS related?

Yes. Our development, coordination and back-office teams support general telecom and IT projects as well.

    08 — Contact

Tell us which routes keep you up at night.
